Every dog's story with us begins the same warm way: with a full day by our side. We call it the Pack Welcome Ritual, and it's how every new pup gets to know Hometown Paws from the ground up. It starts together, with a few minutes for you and your dog to explore our space side by side, so they can settle in with you there before you head out. From there, we let them sniff their way through the facility at their own pace, getting familiar with the sights and sounds that will soon feel like second nature. We show them their suite first thing, so from day one they know they have a place here that's truly theirs. Then it's out to the yards, where they get to take in the energy of the pack, the sound of play, and the sight of new friends through the fence, before ever stepping in.

Once they're ready, we bring the pack in to meet them, one dog at a time, starting easy and building up so every introduction feels natural rather than overwhelming. It's a gentle, steady way to find their footing before joining the full group, and it means every dog gets to play with friends who truly match their energy. It's a full, thoughtful first day, built to help every dog walk in like a visitor and leave like family.
