What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Sunday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Reservations are are always required for boarding.

Reservations are not currently required for daycare but they are recommended.

What vaccinations are required?

*Current vaccination records from your veterinarian are required before your dog's first visit*

Required vaccinations: Rabies, DHLP, PARVO, fecal, and Bordetella (kennel cough). The Bordetella vaccine is a preventative measure — not a guarantee.

Kennel cough is a known risk in any shared dog environment, and we believe in being upfront about that.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Yes we would love to take you on a tour.

Please contact the location directly to book an available time.

How do you care for older dogs?

We hold a special place in our hearts for our mature guests.

We make sure to place them specifically where they can relax and enjoy daycare just like everyone else. We also take not of any specific conditions or requirements each dog may have and tend to those as needed.

Our goal is to make every dog comfortable and feel at home while they are with us!

How do you handle dogs with medical needs or special diets?

Whether it's meds, allergies, or a special mealtime ritual - we are on it!

Make sure to bring clear instructions so proper care can be given.

We have fridge and freezer capabilities to accommodate all food and medical storage needs.

What does a typical day look like for dogs?

From arrival till 11am, everyone will be in group play separated by size and temperament to create the best experience.

Then, from 11am - 1:30pm, everyone will enjoy a midday meal, if specified, and rest to ensure proper recovery and overall safety.

Finally, from 1:30pm - departure, everyone will return to group play with add-on enrichment sessions available.

What should I bring for my dog's stay?

Feel free to bring your dogs personal food pre portioned with their name and any medication with instructions on dosage and frequency. We also welcome their favorite toys. We provide all bedding and blankets to keep your dog comfortable while you are away.

We cannot allow personal bedding items during their stay. 

What is special about your facility?

We take pride in having built our facility specifically tailored to everything a dog needs to feel comfortable.

Each one of our suites are individually built to ensure maximum comfort. These suites are all climate controlled with a curated ambient soundscape playing soft noise specifically designed to calm dogs.

Our outdoor area consists of 20,000 sqft of pet regulated turf. This includes a splash yard along with 5 other yards for dogs to spread out and play in a safe way. Our 4,000 sqft covered structure is nothing short of amazing. Outfitted with fans, heaters, misters, and our ambient soundscape, this structure has everything to keep the dogs comfortable all year round.

Are certain breeds not allowed?

Due to the nature of our group play environment, we are unable to accept Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, or any dog of predominant mix of these breeds.

Additional behavioral screening may be required for power and bully breed types at our discretion.

We want to insure every dog belongs and enjoys their time here at Hometown Paws .

Can I get updates while my dog is staying with you?

Absolutely. We offer daily report cards with a completely detailed overview of your dogs day with pictures!

Spaw FAQS

What is does a spaw appointment have to offer?

Every bath includes a full shampoo and rinse, blow dry, and a spritz of our signature finishing spray. Your dog leaves clean, fresh, and ready to show off.

We also offer ear cleaning and a brush out as additional upgrades.

Do I need to book a spaw appointment in advance?

Yes. Bath add-ons are scheduled at the time of booking so we can make sure your dog gets the attention they deserve without rushing the process.

Is the Spaw available for daycare and boarding guests?

Absolutely. The bath add-on is available for both daycare and boarding guests, making it easy to send your dog home cleaner than when they arrived.
