Every dog who stays at Hometown Paws is known by name, placed with intention, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment you pick them up.

Overnight guests enjoy the full daycare experience every day — same intentional play, same Pack-led groups, same exceptional care. When the day winds down, they come home to their own suite. Ambient lighting, white noise, calming colors, and a real bed. Five suite sizes, so every dog has a space that actually fits them. Siblings stay together.

RESERVATION DETAILS

All Hometown Paws guests — daycare and boarding — is encouraged to book a reservation in advance. We cannot guarantee an opening for walk-ins during our busier times. Every day here is planned with intention, and that starts before your dog ever walks through the door.

Overnight boarding is available Monday - Sunday.

Drop off and pick up will reflect our daily hours:

Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Sunday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

REQUIREMENTS

Pack Welcome Ritual — $40

Every dog must complete a Pack Welcome Ritual before enrolling in daycare or purchasing a package. This is our structured evaluation — the moment we get to meet your dog properly and place them with intention from day one.

Pack Welcome Rituals are scheduled during designated time slots. When you arrive, we take time to welcome both you and your dog before you head out for the day. From there, one of our Pack Leaders conducts a thorough evaluation to see how your dog engages with our environment, our group, and our standard. Dogs who are a great fit stay and enjoy the full day — included in the $40. If our environment turns out not to be the right match, your dog rests comfortably in a private suite until you return. No surprises. No pressure. Just the right fit.

All dogs must be 4 months of age or older for daycare or boarding.

We require at least 48 hours to pass after new vaccinations before a dog's first visit.

Intimate by design, personal by standard. The Nook comfortably accommodates smaller dogs both individually and as siblings, and can also accommodate one medium to large dog without sacrificing the Hometown Paws standard.

Boarding FAQS

Can I get updates while my dog is staying with you?

Absolutely. We offer daily report cards with a completely detailed overview of your dogs day with pictures!

What should I bring for my dog's stay?

Feel free to bring your dogs personal food (preferably pre portioned) and any medication with instructions on dosage and frequency. We also welcome their favorite toys. We provide all bedding and blankets to keep your dog comfortable while you are away.

We cannot allow personal bedding items during their stay.

How do you handle medication or special care needs?

Whether it's meds, allergies, or a special mealtime ritual - we are on it!

Make sure to bring clear instructions so proper care can be given.

Are certain breeds not allowed?

Due to the nature of our group play environment, we are unable to accept Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, or any dog of predominant mix of these breeds.

Additional behavioral screening may be required for power and bully breed types at our discretion.
